At Chai Era, our journey begins with a simple belief; that a cup of chai is more than a beverage—it’s a cultural symbol, a moment of connection, social ritual and it has penetrated in our everyday life.
It all started when the idea was already seeding in the minds of the Co-founders, Amber Deep Vyas, Neha Dokania and Prashant Dokania for years and then officially it came into existence and got established in 2020, with a passion to deliver the rich, aromatic flavours of Indian chai, brewed with the same love and care that has been passed on through generations.
The deep understanding of the market demand and unwavering vision propelled Chaiera from a single outlet to over 30+ outlets within just three years. Starting from humble beginnings, Chaiera has grown into one of India’s fastest-growing tea café chains, now thriving in 10+ cities across 6 states.
